BRB Products Flat Washers Editorial Review
The Self-Locking Round Washers (1000) 1.5" 12 Gauge, made in the USA, have received a predominantly positive reception from users who appreciate their functionality and versatility. Many customers have employed these washers in diverse applications, including securing insulation to various surfaces such as foam boards in vans, garage doors, ductwork, and even bird netting on solar panels. Users have praised the product for effectively holding items securely in place, highlighting its reliability over several years of usage. Despite the praise, there are certain safety concerns that some users have pointed out. Specifically, the protrusion of adhesive pins can pose a hazard, particularly for children. While users have suggested solutions such as using domed caps to mitigate this risk, the feedback indicates that caution is necessary when utilizing these washers in environments accessible to young ones. Overall, the Self-Locking Round Washers are lauded for their quality, ease of use, and effectiveness in various insulation projects, though users are reminded to be mindful about any sharp protrusions that may remain after installation. **
