Answer: Yes this tool will remove the cap on your lefty hub. However that is not the proper removal procedure. -

Answer: At rest it is 37mm and flexing it with one hand I got it to 50mm. It possible would go to 59mm but the tool may have to be bent. -

Answer: This is used to extract the 'dust cap' on FSR cranks which have a series of pin-holes around the cap. -
