One customer did not like the product as it felt cheap, had poor build quality, and had difficulties connecting to his PC. However, other users found that the 4 button configuration in the back easy to use, and the sound better than other aftermarket controllers. Also, the controller is great when it's on sale. The battery does not last long, but it can be a good backup controller to those who need one. Those with medium or small hands may love this controller, but it might be too small for large hands.
