    svar: Speed controls like this one only work with brushed motors. If your scroll saw has a brushless motor, it won't work. You have to check your motor out.

    svar: These type of controls are uncalibrated. Turning the dial any 6 degrees of arc does not increase or decrease the rpm a consistent amount. Rely on your ears and experience.
