Legrand adorne 15A Touchless Wave Switch is a great product for those who want a hands-free option to turn lights on and off. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it, and some customers have even used their elbow on occasion to activate it. It is 3-way capable and is easy to install. However, it may be trickier to use the switch in a 2 gang box. It works well in a bathroom to control the lights, but it cannot control a fan if it is a dimmable switch. This wave switch is not WiFi enabled, and it only fits in Legrand's Adorne wall plates (45mm opening). The range of the sensor is between 1 to 12 inches, and there is little or no chance of false signals. The mild click sound it produces is similar to opening a deadbolt lock or snapping a finger.
