Lorell Home Office Desk Chairs LLR83307 Editorial Review

The Lorell Mesh Mid-Back Task Chair receives mixed reviews from customers. While some appreciate the easy assembly and nice materials/build quality of the chair, others find it uncomfortable and lacking in adjustable features. The chair back is a point of contention for many customers. Some find the lumbar support piece to be uncomfortable as it sticks out far and feels like someone is holding their back with their arm. This element is not adjustable, which further adds to the discomfort. Additionally, customers have mentioned that the chair back is not as comfortable as other chairs with a plastic mesh design that bends outwards. The seat cushion, on the other hand, is described as firm and wide, which may be appealing to those who prefer a more supportive seat. The armrests are generally regarded as stable and comfortable. Customers have reported experiencing minor to moderate discomfort on their backs after sitting in this chair for more than half an hour. The issue seems to affect individuals of different heights and weights as both a six-foot-tall person weighing about 140 pounds and a five-foot-tall person with a similar weight have experienced similar problems with the chair back. In terms of positive feedback, some customers have found the chair to be easy to assemble, particularly for those with limited hand strength, such as seniors. Others appreciate the back support provided by the mid-back design, even when not resting their complete backs while working. In conclusion, the Lorell Mesh Mid-Back Task Chair has received mixed reviews from customers. While it may offer easy assembly and high-quality materials, its lack of adjustable lumbar support and discomfort experienced by some users make it difficult to recommend.
