Svar: No, spray paint will not stick well to the plastic the frame is made out of. We recommend using a different method to customize the frame. -

Svar: Yes, the product is not really deep, but it could fit any normal painting. It's pretty similar to a regular photo frame, just front-loading. -

Svar: No, the frame has a place to hang on a small nail. A tack would not be strong enough. -

Svar: You can probably fit the foam core photo without the glass in place. The way this works is that there is a rid on the inside that holds the photo/glass in place. It's a very tight fit. Designed just for the back, photo, and glass. -
