svar: The Toner does not come with instructions. However, you can check out the Stroops YouTube channel which has a Toner Playlist with many different movements that you can watch and get ideas from. -

Is there a hook for over door?
svar: No, you can just wrap it around anything stable and strong like a bed post, an outdoor fence post, a narrow tree, a steel pole at the park or a car door handle. Works great in a hotel gym. Plus there are lots of in-line suggestions for exercise bands. Every exercise is a core exercise or you are not using it properly. -

svar: Yes, these handles are padded, but thinner than some other bands. They work well for most people. -
